What is the check-out time?

The check out time is at 12:00. Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client relations executive.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6:00 - 10:00 AM at our all-day dining restaurant.

What are the available dining options?

Guests can choose from multiple dining options, including our in-house restaurant. There are also neighbouring famous restaurants within a walking or a 5 min drive.

Are laundry services provided?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with in-room washer and dryer.  In addition, we also provide laundry and dry cleaning services.

What are the type of beds provided?

King-sized bed are available in master bedroom, queen size bed for 2nd bedroom and twin-beds for 3rd bedroom.

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Baby cots are free of charge and extra beds are charged at IDR 600.000++ subject to 3% Service Charge and 10% VAT inclusive of breakfast.

Are newspapers provided?

Yes, daily newspapers are provided.

Are the residences handicap-friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not offer handicap-friendly facilities. However, we are working towards bettering our services.

Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

Yes, 1 complimentary car park lot is provided per apartment. Additional car park lot is subjected to availability and charges from IDR5,000/hour.

Is airport shuttle service provided?

One-way airport transfer service is available with applying charges.
